Often we have been asked what is considered custom when ordering futon covers. Custom would be considered any of the following:
1. Cover sizes: Loveseat, Loveseat Extender, Twin Chair, Twin Chair Extender, Chair & Ottoman
2. Any cover or pillow that is made with piping.
3. Any cover that is made with a custom tailored corner.
4. Cut yardage is considered custom.
5. A cover made all-over that is normally an end cap or border construction.
6. Any cover that is made different than it is normally constructed.
Custom merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable. Please order a swatch of the fabric first if you are unsure of color when ordering items that are custom.
