all that well. This is why Smart Blend cotton/poly batting was created. It was
discovered that blending cotton with longer and more durable polyester fibers
resulted in a batting that holds its form over time giving it the comfortable
features of cotton with the strength and durability of polyester
Set Less Optimizing
Layers - Exclusive optimizing Set Less layers are a durable layer of netting
that holds batting in place, ensuring a plush, lump-free sitting and sleeping
surface.
5" Plush Touch Finger
Foam Core - The ultimate in futon mattress materials, this high density,
high compression foam creates a super soft sleeping surface with a firm yet
responsive core. It's extra long fingers not only add support and comfort, they
also allow the mattress to breathe, keeping it cool and comfortable. 4"
x 5" Long life edge foam is used to reinforce the edges of the mattress
to help prevent edge wear and provide firmness. (CFC Free) Enviornmentally friendly
foam.
Outer Shell Construction
- Machine stuffed & tufted ensures that materials are properly and consistently
compressed evenly. Unlike the competitions tufts, our Tufts are internally tied,
flat twine tufts that lay flat and smooth making them undetectable on the sleeping
surface. Outer shell is a 7 1/2 ounce Twill fabric covering to resist tearing
and wear.
