The Alpha Wave bed is a new addition to our line of futonbeds. This
unique design allows you to choose from four different styles of wave (single,
double, triple and quadruple) for your headboard allowing you to create
your own custom look. Adding an optional higher matching footboard will
let you choose yet another wave for your bed.. The Alpha Wave Bed wood futon
bed can be ordered in genuine solid wood American Red Oak, White Hard Maple
and now Bamboo. (All prices are shown in Oak. Choose Maple & Bamboo under
wood/finish options.) Made in the USA.
Shipped direct from manufacturer with UPS or FedEx. Futon beds are shipped within
2 weeks. If you need your order faster, select "Quick Ship" (In-Plant Rush,
a $50 fee) for shipping within 5 business days. Once shipped futon beds arrive
on average in 3-5 business days.

futon bed allows you to configure your bed with any number of wave pieces
to create a look all your own. The wave pieces are available in single,
double, triple and quadruple. These pieces can be used in any combination.

Your
standard bed is made to accomodate a 6" to 9" thick mattresses. If your
mattress exceeds 9" you may need to upgrade into one of the following
options below. Please note that the options will adjust the height of
your legs. If going into a spot with limited space, please keep this in
mind. Dimensions are shown below. Or If you need your bed to have more
space underneath or if you need to use a mattress-boxspring combo on your
bed frame you can select from those options below. Only one option can
be used per bed.

from spruce to poplar hardwood slats. Price varies by size of bed.
Double
Slats

in. wide slats with 4 in. spaces between each slat is standard for laminated
spruce slats. 2 in. wide slats with 2 3/4 in. spaces between each slat is
standard for solid poplar slats. Some mattress manufacturers require a solid
foundation with no spaces or gaps and choosing the "double poplar slats
option" will meet those requirements in most cases. Price varies by size
of bed.

Long Option
Makes
a standard length Twin or Full bed into an XL - 80 in. long bed. A $39 fee.
