These are made to order covers. The corners line up correctly and the zippers are of higher quality. They are finely tailored and expertly sewn. Regular sizes usually arrive in 7-10 days. Custom items like piping, loveseats, ottomans and extender cushions can take up to 10 working days to ship and are non-returnable. There is a $5 fee to add a larger loft size to special order covers.
Note: Most returns are because the wrong size was ordered. Please double check your size. (hint: most futons are full size)
A word on ordering futon covers: Due to the nature of the internet, colors can vary from monitor to monitor and it is impossible to demonstrate how the fabric feels. If you are unsure of the color/material or if the exact color/material is important to you, we suggest that you first order a swatch of the fabric(s) you are interested in. This helps minimize returns and avoids restocking fees.
